Tottenham Hotspur fans have reacted to the meticulous fitness and regime Antonio Conte has introduced at Spurs as his managerial reign commences, with the Italian going to extra measures to ensure their fortunes changes on the field.

Revealed in The Athletic, Conte likes to put up dietary instructions around the training ground, including the intake of Goji Berries & Rhodiola Rose supplements, while the Italian has also introduced more sprinting and physical exercises.
