A whole host of Tottenham Hotspur fans are buzzing on Twitter to see their club being linked with a move for Stefan de Vrij.
Spurs may well be set for an Italian revolution with Antonio Conte having now replaced Nuno Espirito Santo as manager, despite the Portuguese boss only being handed 17 games to prove his worth, and reports are claiming that Spurs will hand their new boss a £150 million transfer budget.

According to Football Insider, someone that may well arrive in north London with that hefty transfer budget is one of Conte’s former players during his time at Inter, and that’s De Vrij, who only has two years left on his contract and started 30 out of the 38 league games under Conte last season, so he clearly trusts and likes the Dutch international.
