A whole host of Sheffield United fans are furious on Twitter following their ticket allocation for away being announced.

The Blades are experiencing a tough season in the Championship after being relegated from the Premier League last campaign as they’ve won just three times in the league, although they had a difficult summer period which only saw them bring in free agents and loan players.

Two of their next three games are at Bramall Lane, which may bring about some better results for the Blades, however, their one away game is at Oakwell against Yorkshire rivals Barnsley, although they have only been allocated just over 2,000 tickets for away fans.

A lot of Blades fans are furious on Twitter following this latest news.

This season is quite a stark contrast for Barnsley, who were competing at the right end of the table under Valerien Ismael last term as he guided them to the play-offs, however, they have picked up just one win in the Championship this year.
