A whole host of Sunderland fans are buzzing on Twitter with Leon Dajaku’s first interview following his switch to the Stadium of Light.

The German arrived on deadline day from Union Berlin and he appears to be saying all the right things, as the club released an interview in which Dajaku said that he would be ‘happy’ when he gets to ‘see all the fans‘.

The 20-year-old arrives at Sunderland ready to bolster manager Lee Johnson’s attacking options, which may be required, as the Black Cats have all their League One victories this season have been by just one goal, apart from a 3-1 victory against Wycombe Wanderers, while they drew a blank in their 1-0 defeat at Burton Albion.
