A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have voiced their concerns on Twitter at a video to emerge from the north London club amid their pre-season preparations.
The club released a video of Lucas Moura scoring an impressive solo effort in training, however, the fans’ attention was drawn to Eric Dier’s defensive efforts.

Dier featured 28 times for the Lilywhites in the Premier League last season, with all of those appearances played in central defence after he claimed that to be his best position.
However, Spurs fans flocked to the video released on Twitter to question Dier’s ability as a defender after he failed to tackle Moura in the lead up to the training ground goal.

The defender was left out of Gareth Southgate’s England squad for this summer’s European Championship despite having 45 senior caps to his name (via Transfermarkt).
Going by the reaction of these Spurs fans, it is apparent they were not left impressed by Dier’s efforts and will be hoping the club is able to bring in their reported wish of two new centre-backs this summer.
