Nice easy one to start off with. How much do you think Declan Rice is worth?

One of the topics he spent some time on was transfer targets, and while he was talking about this, he mentioned Olivier Ntcham as a potential target.

The Frenchman’s contract with Celtic has been terminated, and he spent the second half of the season on loan at Marseille.

He has been linked with a move to West Ham in the past, and Ex believes that the Hammers could make a move for the 25-year-old, who is valued at £3.15m by Transfermarkt.

He said: (1:01:50) “In terms of other players. I don’t know if you saw, but Olivier Ntcham [has been] released by Celtic.

“Now, he’s a player that we’ve been interested in before. So there is a chance that we could move for him; he spent the season or spent a few games on loan at Marseille.

“He is someone that we have been interested in before. I do believe that Will Salthouse is involved with him as well. So obviously, when that’s the case, it gives you a chance.”

Do you think that West Ham should sign Ntcham?

Yes, would be a good squad player

No, we can do better

TIF Thoughts on Ntcham…

The Bhoys signed Ntcham from Manchester City Under-23s in 2017, and he has made 147 appearances for Celtic, scored 24 goals and provided 13 assists.

He is naturally a central-midfielder, and given that the Hammers have very few natural central midfielders, we think that a move for Ntcham could be perfect.

If they can get him on a free, that would be even better as well, and given that the Hammers will be competing in the Europa League next season, they will probably need squad depth, and Ntcham could provide that.
