A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to heap praise on their right-back Serge Aurier following their emphatic victory over Sheffield United.
Spurs bounced back from their Carabao Cup final heartbreak last weekend with a comfortable 4-0 victory over the relegated Blades side.

One player which received a lot of praise from the Spurs fans was the Ivory Coast international Serge Aurier.
The 28-year-old right-back has made 18 appearances in the Premier League for Spurs this season and added two more assists to his name in the game against the Blades on Sunday (via Transfermarkt).
Aurier has been on the receiving end of a lot of criticism this season, however, he certainly impressed the Spurs faithful on Sunday at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The Ivorian has just three assists to his name in the Premier League this season and two of those came in his scintillating performance against Sheffield United on the weekend (via Transfermarkt).
It is apparent from the reaction of these Spurs fans that the right-back’s performance on the weekend came as a welcome surprise – albeit against the side rock bottom of the Premier League table.
