Many Leeds United fans have flocked to a comment about Marcelo Bielsa from Liam Cooper that recently emerged.
The Telegraph recently interviewed Cooper about his spell at Leeds and his time under Bielsa. The defender credited the Leeds boss for changing his life and he made it clear that he’s very confident about the Argentine’s stay at Elland Road.
He also said that all Leeds players want him to stay as well, as Bielsa loves the club, the city and the people.

In the interview, Cooper claimed Bielsa was ‘different class’ and has taken the players’ game to the next level. He stated that the Argentine hasn’t just changed his life as a player, but also as a man and he’s now enjoying his life. He credited Bielsa for that too.
The Scotsman also stated that while he used to be upbeat about winning earlier, he’s learned from Bielsa that he must not get too high after a win too.

The Whites are level on points with ninth-placed Arsenal in their first season back in the top flight and it shows the work that Bielsa has done at the club.
He’s done that while getting the team to play attacking football, as they have the fifth-best xG metric in the division. So it is easy to see why Leeds fans are still happy with Bielsa and want him to stay.
