Test your knowledge of these Tottenham players' market values! How much do you think Hugo Lloris is worth?

The article claims that Spurs have “turned down big money advances” for Moura in the past but the “lack of consistency in his end product could make another attractive offer this summer very tempting to help the club bring in a key starter.”

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Tottenham supporters who were not shy in sharing their thoughts on this latest update.

So, what did these Spurs fans have to say in response to this transfer news concerning Moura?

“No no no. Lucas is a true Spurs man. Need to keep players who give everything for the badge.”

@JamesGFain

“For me Lucas is a key starter. We just haven’t utilised him properly. Just starting to see what his dynamism brings to the table.”

@Radders54

“If he closes out the season how he’s been playing I see no reason he should leave”

@COYSLiam

Don’t you dare @SpursOfficial

@mbspurs1

“He is a key starter at the minute, a lot of others I would sell before him at the min”

@deanog211

“I will never watch Tottenham again if he leaves.”

@Kwhitt99

“Keep him”

@xthfcwill

Looking at the replies to this post, it seems pretty clear that these Spurs fans don’t think the club should sell Moura this summer.

Do you think Spurs should sell Lucas Moura this summer?

Yes

Yes

No

No

Taking into account how the 28-year-old has made a total of 43 appearances for Spurs across all competitions so far this season just goes to show how important and reliable he has been for Jose Mourinho and the fact that he has managed to score nine goals and provide seven assists in the process shows that he can be a real threat in front of goal as well (per Transfermarkt).

In our view, unless the Brazilian wants to leave and Spurs get a suitable offer for him in the upcoming summer transfer window, they should keep hold of him for next season.
