Tottenham Hotspur fans have flocked to a post on Twitter after Fabrizio Romano provided an update on ’s future at the club.

The 27-year-old has been linked with a move away from his boyhood side in recent weeks as Spurs continue to fight for fourth place in the Premier League table.

’s men face Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final on April 25, giving Kane the chance to win the first piece of silverware in his career, but many have suggested the England international should depart the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer in order to compete for major honours on a regular basis.

However, in an exclusive interview with GiveMeSport, Romano has revealed he believes the north London outfit will be able to keep hold of their prized asset: “I think it’s difficult to see Harry Kane out of Tottenham, really,” he said.

“What I’m told is that Tottenham are planning with Harry Kane as part of the team, and they want to discuss his contract in the coming months,” and the news certainly got the Spurs supporters excited.

“Here we go…”

“please stay please please”

“New contract and captains armband incoming”

“Give him anything he wants”

“Oh yes”

“Don’t tell sky or talksport they’ll have nothing to talk about.”

“Yesss Harry Kane please stay”

Kane’s goalscoring record is incredible and, if he does stay at Spurs, he should be commended for his loyalty to Tottenham rather than have his ambition questioned.
