Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter have been sharing their thoughts on Lilywhites striker Harry Kane and his future.

This comes after Football.london’s Spurs news Twitter account recently shared a post on their page asking their followers if they think Kane will be ‘considering his future’ at the north London club after they were knocked out of the Europa League in midweek thanks to a 3-0 defeat against Dinamo Zagreb.

The post also contained an article from Football.london relaying comments made by Jermaine Jenas on a recent episode of BBC Radio 5 Live’s Football Daily Podcast where he said that if Kane were to sign for Manchester City, he would “smash” Alan Shearer’s Premier League goals record.

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Spurs fans who were quick to share their thoughts on the striker and his future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

So, what did these Spurs fans have to say in response to this post about Kane and a potential Spurs exit?

“100%”

@biggsdean

“Harry should go.”

@IAmSimonDell

“He’d be mad not to. Wouldn’t blame him one bit if he decided to leave”

@McAvoy80

“I would be, depends if Levy brings in a decent manager as a replacement. Otherwise for his career he should go.”

@ChrisAgombar

“Yes. He deserves to win a PL title, considering he is one of the best strikers in the world. We had a couple chances under Poch but we are miles off it now.. he should go.”

@AW201928

“Can a fish swim? If Harry doesn’t want out at the end of the season then he lacks ambition… Loyalty is one thing but stupidity is another as this club is going nowhere under ENIC & Harry is to good for us & deserves better”

@harwood_steve

Looking at the replies to this post, it seems that these Spurs fans think Kane should leave the club if he wants to break records and win titles as they don’t think he’ll be likely to do that in a Spurs shirt.

Do you think Daniel Levy would allow Harry Kane to leave Spurs?

Yes

Yes

No

No

Despite Spurs getting knocked out of the Europa League, they still have the Carabao Cup to fight for when they face Pep Guardiola’s side in the final next month.

However, considering how Kane has been linked with a move to City and their city rivals Manchester United in recent times and the fact that both of those clubs are closer to the Premier League title than Spurs are, perhaps Kane should consider a move away from Spurs to try and win some titles elsewhere.
