Many Celtic fans have been slating Shane Duffy over his performance in the Glasgow club’s latest Scottish Premiership clash with Livingston.
The Republic of Ireland international, who is on loan at Parkhead from English Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion, started this game at the heart of Celtic’s defence alongside Nir Bitton.
Per The Daily Record, the £6.3m-rated man didn’t enjoy a great start to this game, as his ‘needless foul’ led to Livingston scoring the opening goal of the game in the 15th minute, while later on in the first half, his stumble almost allowed Livingston midfielder Scott Pittman to get through on goal.

With that in mind, it may be understandable why many fans of the Glasgow club flocked to Twitter to share that they were disappointed with the 29-year-old’s performance in Wednesday evening’s Premiership clash at the Tony Macaroni Arena.
