Supporters of Leeds United have recently gushed over Raphinha after Graham Smyth shared a post on the Brazilian forward.
During the summer transfer window, the Whites sealed the arrival of the winger from French club Stade Rennais for a £16.72m fee (per Transfermarkt).
Since his arrival at Elland Road, the 24-year-old attacker has made 12 appearances for Leeds, in which he has scored two goals and provided two assists for teammates.
On Tuesday morning, the Yorkshire Evening Post shared an article by Smyth which claimed that Raphinha is making a ‘mockery’ of his price tag.
The article waxed lyrical over the Brazilian and brought attention to the fact that the winger only cost around £1m more than Helder Costa did.
This was shared on Twitter by Smyth and it had lots of fans swooning over Raphinha.
So, what did these Leeds fans have to say about Graham Smyth’s post on Raphinha?

While with Stade Rennais in April, Raphinha’s market value stood at £14.4m, since moving to Leeds that has already risen to £16.2m according to Transfermarkt.
Was Raphinha Leeds' best signing in the summer?
Yes, he's a class player
No, there were better
“So much potential. I want him to be selfish at times in the box because he’s so dangerous and can obviously finish! Great signing!”

“And he can pass and cross a ball too”

All 12 of the Brazilian’s outings for Marcelo Bielsa’s outfit have come in the Premier League so far this season (as per WhoScored).
Over those games, Raphinha has earned a fairly respectable 6.83/10 average rating, making him the ninth-best performer to feature for the Whites this term.
“He’s only going to get better and better, makes all the right runs, definitely not scared of taking anyone on. He’s brilliant and fun to watch, sometimes goes missing and you can see there is some improvement needed but very happy with what he’s given back so far.”
