Many Celtic fans have slammed the performance of Kristoffer Ajer following the club’s Europa League game against Milan.
The Hoops faced Milan in the Europa League on Thursday and Ajer had started the game at centre-back. Neil Lennon had played in a 4-2-3-1 shape and Ajer had partnered Nir Bitton at the back (as per Whoscored).

Ajer has been a regular at the back for Celtic this season and he has now made 21 appearances in all competitions this season. In the Premiership, the defender has played 13 games and has also contributed to two goals (as per Transfermarkt).
Ajer was linked with a move to the Rossoneri in the summer transfer window and Milan even had an offer rejected for him. Some other Celtic fans also made their opinion clear about the Norwegian’s performance against Stefano Pioli’s men.

The defender has picked up a rating of 7.16 in the Premiership and as a result of that, he has been the club’s fifth-best performing player in the league (as per Whoscored).
But, he wasn’t able to replicate a Scottish Premiership-type performance in Milan and Celtic fans are clearly not impressed, with their opinion very clear about him. And, 67 Hail Hail even gave him a 5/10 for his performance.
