Many Celtic fans have been discussing the latest comments from Andy Walker that recently emerged on social media.
Walker was recently talking to Sky Sports about the current state of play at Celtic. He said that the current situation demands the club’s board to make tough decisions and these tough decisions pertain to bringing about a change in direction. He believes that the club’s board has been taken by surprise because of how quickly things have changed under Neil Lennon.

What did Celtic fans make of Andy Walker’s comments?
The time to move was after the Hibs game. 4 cup games were coming up and an international weekend. Had a chance to get shot of him and a new guy with time to work on something.
Letting this joke of a manager continue through this is absolute suicide.

Those who are not playing for the Jersey get them out, they’re letting the club the fans the manager and thier teammates down. The board need to get in coaches chosen by the manager, an assistant chosen by the manager and signings chosen by the manager

The Hoops have been knocked out of the League Cup following a loss to Ross County. They are yet to win a game in the Europa League and have been knocked out of that competition as well. In the Premiership, they find themselves as many as 13 points behind the Gers, even though they have two games in hand.
Walker’s comments caught the attention of some other Celtic fans as well, who seemed to agree with him reluctantly.
Finally said something I agree with.

The Hoops have won just twice in their last 12 outings in all competitions and during this period, they have conceded as many as 28 goals (as per WhoScored).
In the Premiership, they have won only once in their last five outings and that victory came against Motherwell. Because of that, it is understandable why Walker feels that the club needs a change of direction and perhaps a change of managers might help Celtic come back on track.
