How well can you remember Spurs' season so far? 1. Who is Spurs' top scorer in all competitions so far this season?

During his time at Spurs, Modric made 160 appearances in all competitions for the club, scoring 17 goals and racking up 27 assists (as per Transfermarkt). At Real Madrid, the Croatian star has won four Champions League titles and two La Liga titles. He also won the Ballon d’Or in 2018.

Some other Spurs fans also discussed the update involving the veteran midfielder.

Some of these Spurs fans would be glad to see Modric back at the north London club and they are making their delight very clear about it.

Having said that, Spurs currently have at least six options for the central midfield position. Oliver Skipp could also become an option in the future, as he is currently on loan at Norwich City. So Mourinho’s men already have quite a few players for the midfield position and because of that, signing another player in that part of the pitch may not make sense.
