A lot of Newcastle United fans have flocked to a post from Keith Downie that contains information relayed from Steve Bruce regarding his team for the Toon’s clash with West Bromwich Albion.
Newcastle had to postpone their last game against Aston Villa due to a viral outbreak at the club.
The players have since returned to training, and Bruce claims that he has a starting XI available and that he actually has more players available than he thought he might have had.
However, he did claim that he will be without ‘one or two’ players, which has drawn the attention of these Newcastle fans who are fearing the worst against the Baggies.
What did these Newcastle fans think of Keith Downie’s tweet on Steve Bruce’s comments?

Yes, can't wait
Other Toon fans are expecting to see youth players on the bench.
Give a chance to some U23 players. May even stumble across a gem or two moving forward. Always a silver lining!!

Gives the Longstaffs and Elliot Anderson an opportunity, providing they’re not ill ?

It is good that Bruce has enough players fit and well, but he was unable to reveal who would be unavailable, so it will be intriguing to see what sort of team he can put together for that match at St James’ Park as the Toon look to build on their 2-0 win over Crystal Palace.
