Supporters of Celtic have recently reacted to an update on Christopher Jullien that was shared by the club’s official Twitter account.
The Hoops’ 27-year-old Frenchman has been out of action since picking up a back injury in September (per Daily Record).
During a press conference on Friday, though, Neil Lennon provided an update on the centre-back and aired that he was nearing a return (per Celtic).
He said: “Maybe not fit for tomorrow but definitely this week, whether it be Sparta [Prague] or Ross County.”
After the update was shared to the Celtic Park faithful on social media by the club, lots of them flocked to it to air their delight that Jullien will soon be back in action.

Since the last time Jullien played, he has missed seven Premiership matches for the Bhoys in which only one has been lost, that being the 2-0 defeat in the Old Firm derby (per Transfermarkt).

Prior to picking up the injury, Jullien made five Premiership appearances for the Hoops in which he bagged one goal and one assist (per WhoScored).
His performances over the five outings earned him a stellar 7.47/10 average rating, making him the second-best performer in Lennon’s squad so far this season.
