The official Celtic Twitter account recently relayed a video involving Lennon. This came after the club’s 2-0 loss to Ross County in the second round of the Scottish League Cup. This result ended a run of 35 cup wins for the Bhoys.

In the video, Lennon said that he was “disappointed” by the result as Celtic had “dominated” the game. He felt that it is hard to pinpoint why Celtic lost the game and the Hoops were lacking quality in the final third.

This tweet involving the Celtic manager caught the attention of many Hoops fans, who began talking about what Lennon had to say.

These Celtic fans clearly want Lennon gone and they’re making their opinion clear about it.

The Hoops have now won just two of their last ten games in all competitions. They have conceded as many as 13 goals in the last five games in all competitions.

So, the club’s form has been pretty poor and because of that and perhaps fans are right to demand the sacking of Lennon.
