Jullien recently posted a video on social media and it concerned his recovery from the back injury that he had suffered. Jullien also thanked fans for their messages.

Jullien’s last Premiership appearance came against Ross County back in September in the club’s 5-0 win. He was on the bench against St. Mirren and St. Johnstone but he’s been missing from the squad in the other league games since the outing against Ross County (as per Transfermarkt).

To receive intensive treatment on his back, Jullien had travelled to Germany and Celtic’s assistant manager John Kennedy recently said that the Frenchman looks in a better place now. Some other Celtic fans also flocked to Jullien’s tweet.

The reaction of these Celtic fans shows that they are desperate to see the defender return to action soon.

Shane Duffy has been criticised for his performances this season and he had dropped to the bench in Celtic’s game against Motherwell. Jullien has been the club’s second-highest rated player in the league campaign and it shows that he indeed is a vital player for the Bhoys. So with Duffy not performing at his best, having Jullien fit would be a big boost for the Hoops.
