WeAreTottenhamTV hosts Ben and Simeon Daniel have been discussing Spurs’ draw at Chelsea during a recent YouTube video.

Jose Mourinho’s side travelled to Stamford Bridge to take on their London rivals and held Frank Lampard’s side to a draw to remain top of the Premier League.

The Lilywhites started the game with a midfield trio of Moussa Sissoko, summer signing Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Tanguy Ndombele, meaning there was no starting place for Giovani Lo Celso.

However, the Argentine was introduced, replacing Ndombele on 65 minutes (as per BBC Sport) and in our view, spurned a good opportunity late on for the visitors to test Edouard Mendy in the Chelsea goal after the ball was given away by Kurt Zouma (1:40).

How well can you remember Spurs' season so far? 1. Who is Spurs' top scorer in all competitions so far this season?

On the chance missed, here is what Simeon Daniel had to say:

(1:47) “[It was] a really shocking ball, I think he was caught in two minds, [he] didn’t know what to do with the ball, [he] was right on the edge of the box.

“It was probably our best chance of the second half and he’ll probably be losing a bit of sleep over that with what he tried because I don’t even think he knows what he tried.”

TIF Thoughts on Simeon Daniel’s comments regarding Giovani Lo Celso…

It’s clear from the YouTuber’s comments that he thinks looking back on the aforementioned opportunity, the 24-year-old will be disappointed he didn’t score or pass the ball to a teammate in a better position.

Spurs managed just one shot on target during the game and so, in our view, you could argue the visitors didn’t do enough to win the game anyway.

However, given they remain top of the division having taken four points from consecutive league fixtures versus Manchester City and Chelsea, we suspect Mourinho will be pleased with his team’s recent return.
