Many Tottenham Hotspur supporters have flocked to social media in order to react to a Twitter post from @TheSpursExpress regarding Davinson Sanchez.
As reported by La Luciernaga (via the Daily Mail), the 24-year-old was one of a number of players involved in a punch-up following Colombia’s recent defeat at the hands of Uruguay over alleged favouritism within the camp towards James Rodriguez.
Sanchez signed for the Lilywhites from Ajax in 2017 for a reported fee of £37.8m and since his arrival in North London, he has represented the club on 126 occasions. So far this season, he’s appeared four times in the Premier League but up until now, his average performance rating has been a somewhat underwhelming 6.53/10 (as per WhoScored).
How have the Spurs fans reacted to the rumours Davinson Sanchez was involved in a punch-up whilst on international duty?

It’s clear from the above responses that these supporters don’t seem overly concerned by the alleged incident given it is unlikely to have an impact on Sanchez’s performances for Spurs. The Colombian’s last appearance in the Premier League last came during the 3-3 draw with West Ham United in which he earned a disappointing 5.82/10 performance rating.
