Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to a recent transfer update on Christian Eriksen, which suggests that they could offer Danny Rose and Dele Alli to the Serie A club in an attempt to bring the Danish international back to the club this January.
According to Calcio Mercato (via Last Word On Spurs), Spurs could offer both Rose and Alli to Antonio Conte’s side, as they attempt to bring the former Ajax man back to the Premier League, whilst the report also mentions Milan Skriniar, with the Slovakian international having been heavily linked with the Lilywhites in the recent summer transfer window, so perhaps he could be included in any deal between the two clubs.
Eriksen has struggled since joining I Nerazzurri in January this year, having managed just four goals and three assists in his 33 appearances thus far (per Transfermarkt). This season, the 28-year-old has made just three starts in Serie A, averaging a less than impressive 6.36 rating (per WhoScored), so it is easy to see why he might be keen on a move away from the Italian giants.
Would this be a good deal for Spurs?
Yes
No
So, how did these Spurs fans react to this transfer report on Eriksen, Alli, Rose and Skriniar?
Eriksen is 50x the player Dele will ever be

I’d be sad to see Dele go but it may be what’s best for both parties. If he goes to inter I’ll be rooting for him to light it up.

Dele needs to leave on loan, if it’s to get skriniar on a permanent I’m all for it, eriksen not so much, surely we can do better when was the last time eriksen had a good game for spurs 2-3 years ago.

Omg that would be perfect, we would definitely be getting the better end of the deal

Overall, it seems as if the majority of Spurs fans would welcome this transfer and feel that they would be getting the better deal in this case.
