A lot of Leeds United fans have been replying to a tweet that was recently posted by Whites journalist Graham Smyth in which he shared an article that he wrote for the Yorkshire Evening Post about Marcelo Bielsa’s post-match comments on Pablo Hernandez’s absence from Leeds’ squad that lost to Crystal Palace on Saturday.
As per the Yorkshire Evening Post, Bielsa confirmed that the Spaniard “is fit” and he simply chose not to select him in the 18-man squad for Saturday’s Premier League clash with the Eagles.
In his tweet sharing this article, Smyth stated that the Argentinian coach ‘wouldn’t go into detail’ on the 35-year-old attacking midfielder.
So, how did these Leeds United fans react to Bielsa’s comments on Hernandez?
Marcelo Bielsa wouldn't go into detail on Pablo Hernandez.https://t.co/4qKQ1dopCp#lufc

In his article, Smyth explains that Hernandez reacted with frustration to being ‘withdrawn after 67 minutes’ in last Monday’s Premier League loss to Leicester City and some Whites fans felt that his absence from the squad on Saturday was a result of his negative reaction to being substituted and they shared that they disagree with that decision from the manager.
I’ve no issue with Bielsa disciplining a player that needs it but Pablo deserves more respect for what did. Bad call from Bielsa. Pablo and all the players are very loyal to him. Sometimes players just blow off steam. It’s rare. They’re human.

Because he’s showing passion? nah I’m not a fan of that decision ?

It is explained in this report that Hernandez ‘had huge influence’ for the Whites in their title-winning Championship campaign last season and with that in mind, it might be understandable why Leeds supporters continued to share some concern over Bielsa’s decision to leave him out of the squad for Saturday’s clash with Palace.
It could be the start of the end and could cause riffs in the squad hope not but not all is well a great player for us in good and bad times we needed him today with the quality he has got and to play overtake in his position is insulting to say least or even sub him for him

There’s something wrong here

Are you concerned by Bielsa's comments on Hernandez?
YES
NO
This isn’t a good thing.

this is really terrifying

So, as can be seen from these replies to Smyth’s tweet, it certainly seems as though plenty of Leeds fans disagree with Bielsa’s decision to omit Hernandez from the squad that lost to Palace.
