Celtic pundit Kevin Graham has recently made a claim about Neil Lennon and his future.

Graham was a guest on the latest episode of the ‘A Celtic State of Mind’ podcast and the panel discussed multiple issues involving the Bhoys following their 3-3 draw at Pittodrie against Aberdeen.

Graham believes that Celtic boss Lennon will not get another managerial job in the game.

The Hoops have now failed to win a game in their last three outings in all competitions. They are now as many as six points behind the Gers in the Premiership table in a campaign when they are chasing their tenth league title in a row.

Will Lennon get another job in the game if he leaves Celtic?

Yes

No

No

Graham feels that the club’s board needs to make a decision about Lennon’s future and the Celtic manager will not get another managerial job in the game.

He said: “If what we’ve heard is true, then the board have to take the decision out of Neil Lennon’s hands for his own good, for his own state of mind.

“It is a results business and I did say a couple of podcasts ago that I reckon this would be Neil Lennon’s last job in football and I haven’t seen anything that has made me change that view.

“I think whatever happens in the next 24 hours, 48 hours or if nothing happens towards the end of this season, I don’t think Neil Lennon will get another management job in football.”

TIF Thoughts…

This is Neil Lennon’s second stint as the Celtic manager and he has previously managed Bolton Wanderers and Hibernian as well. It suggests that he does have quite a lot of experience in managing football clubs in his managerial career.

Also, he has won multiple trophies at Celtic and it shows that he also has the experience of winning trophies on a regular basis. He even helped Hibs earn promotion to the Premiership during his time there.

All of this might be enough to prove that Lennon is a capable manager and that might help him get another job in the game whenever he leaves Celtic.
