To kick off this quiz on Raul Jimenez, what is his current squad number for the Old Gold?

One of the topics that Edwards decided to talk about was transfer deadline day.

He revealed that Wolves went into deadline day not expecting to sign anyone.

It seems as if Edwards believes that the Old Gold haven’t missed out on any players because they didn’t have anyone in mind to sign, so it was a quiet deadline day by choice from Wolves.

He said: “Nuno [Espirito Santo] has the final say over transfers, and this is what he’s decided.

“We’ve gone into deadline day not wanting to make any deals.

“It’s not the case of them missing out on targets on this deadline day; they just haven’t been in the market for anyone.”

Are you happy with Wolves' business?

TIF Thoughts…

Wolves had a busy transfer window as they signed the likes of Fabio Silva and Nelson Semedo.

At the same time, they sold Matt Doherty and Diogo Jota, two players who played a lot of games for Wolves over the past three seasons.

However, they are gone now, and Nuno Espirito Santo has some new players to work with, and it will be interesting to see how the likes of Silva and Semedo do once they have settled into life at Molineux.

It could also be claimed that Nuno is happy with his squad because they were happy to be quiet on deadline day, and we will now just have to see how the Old Gold do with the squad they have.
