Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to some quotes from Ben Davies regarding reported Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Joe Rodon.
The North London club have been linked with a move for the 22-year-old centre-back recently, and due to the extended domestic transfer window, they still have until 16 October to potentially bring him in. The Swansea City man is currently away on international duty for Wales, alongside Spurs’ Davies, so is surely well-known by the left-back, and he certainly seemed to think that he would be a good addition to the Lilywhites when asked by Football Daily.
He said, as per The Spurs Web, “if we were to get him at Spurs, I would be delighted.” It clearly seems that the former Swansea City man rates Rodon highly and wants to see him join the North London club before the transfer deadline. The 22-year-old has made four appearances in the Championship so far this season for Steve Cooper’s side and has averaged a superb 7.46 rating (per WhoScored), so it is no surprise that he is attracting interest from Premier League sides such as Spurs.

Overall, it seems as if a lot of Spurs fans are now convinced that Rodon will join following Davies’ comments about the Swansea City man.
