Supporters of Leeds United have flocked to footage of Kyle Walker and Andros Townsend that recently emerged on social media.

On Wednesday afternoon, ITV Football posted footage of the Crystal Palace attacker and the Manchester City defender discussing the Whites.

The conversation the duo had was in relation to the recent 1-1 draw that was played out between Marcelo Bielsa’s side and Pep Guardiola’s Man City.

Walker, who is valued at £36 million (as per Transfermarkt), claimed Leeds made it “the weirdest game” as their style of play is “like basketball”. He went on to state: “I think they’ve got a system that works”.

Lots of Leeds fans then flocked to the footage to air their thoughts on it.

Who did Leeds sign from a La Liga side in September?

During the clash between Leeds and City, Walker played the full match at Elland Road and delivered a fairly uninspiring 6.69/10 performance rating (per WhoScored).

Do you think Leeds will finish in the top half of the Premier League this season?

So far this season, the Whites have played four matches in the Premier League and have won two, drawn one and lost one (per Sky Sports).

The seven points which Leeds have picked up in their opening four matches of the season have left Bielsa’s outfit sitting eighth in the top flight.

However, one thing which many Leeds fans picked up on in the footage was the fact that Townsend claimed that City had “dropped points” against United.

As can be seen in what these Leeds fans responded to the footage with, it seems many were pleased to see the Whites being talked about, however, they resented the insinuation that Manchester City had “dropped points”.
