Many Leeds United fans have flocked to a tweet that was recently posted by Whites midfielder Kalvin Phillips in which the 24-year-old shared an image of his England shirt along with the words: ‘Honoured and proud to be joining the England team again next week. Let’s go lads.’

As this post suggests, Phillips has been included in the latest England squad ahead of The Three Lions’ upcoming friendly versus Wales and UEFA Nations League games against Belgium and Denmark.

The £10.8m-rated Leeds United player made his debut for the national team last month in England’s last Nations League game against Denmark and after he shared his pride at being called up to the national team once again via a tweet, his post caught the attention of many Whites supporters. 

A lot of the Leeds United fans who replied to this tweet congratulated their player on his England call-up and shared that they are proud of him.
