Many Leeds United fans have flocked to a tweet that was recently posted by Whites midfielder Kalvin Phillips in which the 24-year-old shared an image of his England shirt along with the words: ‘Honoured and proud to be joining the England team again next week. Let’s go lads.’
As this post suggests, Phillips has been included in the latest England squad ahead of The Three Lions’ upcoming friendly versus Wales and UEFA Nations League games against Belgium and Denmark.
The £10.8m-rated Leeds United player made his debut for the national team last month in England’s last Nations League game against Denmark and after he shared his pride at being called up to the national team once again via a tweet, his post caught the attention of many Whites supporters.

England manager Gareth Southgate received some criticism for the way that he used Phillips versus Denmark last month and some Whites fans replied to this tweet to share that they hope the 24-year-old will be utilised better this time around.
Leeds is proud of you Kalvin, hopefully you’ll get 90 minutes in your right position ?

Just stroll in, demand no.4 and ask him to play you in your correct position and they might as well pre print your name on the team sheet for the next decade once they see for themselves…
