Many Celtic supporters have been reacting on Twitter to John Hartson changing his profile picture to one of him celebrating with fellow former Hoops striker Henrik Larsson.
Hartson signed for the Glasgow-based club from Coventry City back in 2001 in a deal reportedly worth £8.1m (as per Transfermarkt) after spells with Arsenal and West Ham amongst others. In 146 league appearances for the Celts, the Welsh striker scored 88 goals (as per Soccerbase).
As if that wasn’t enough to make him a popular figure amongst the club’s faithful, it appears this latest move on social media has enhanced his reputation further, here is how a sample of the supporters have reacted to the post.

Hartson returned to England in 2006 when he joined West Bromwich Albion (as per Transfermarkt) but it is clear from the above responses that he is still very much loved by the green and white half of Glasgow.
