Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to slam the performance of Tanguy Ndombele in the Carabao Cup penalty win against Chelsea.

After a 1-1 draw, the Lilywhites triumphed 5-4 on penalties against Frank Lampard’s side to seal their place in the quarter-finals of the competition (per BBC).

The 23-year-old played the whole 90 minutes against the Blues and earned a fairly solid 7.07 rating for his performance (per Whoscored), although it seems as if that wasn’t enough to impress a lot of Spurs fans on Twitter, with plenty of Lilywhites supporters critical of his showing.
