Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to a reported update on South Korean centre-back Kim Min-jae.
According to South Korean news outlet KBS (via Last Word On Spurs), the Lilywhites are preparing a final offer for the 23-year-old, who is keen on a move to the north London club, despite interest from Serie A side Lazio. Spurs were linked with a move for the Beijing Guoan defender earlier in the transfer window, with it suggested that international teammate Son Heung-min could play a key part in the potential negotiations.
The 23-year-old defender is currently valued at £1.35 million by Transfermarkt, and has already made 30 appearances for his national side, contributing three goals (per Transfermarkt). Spurs are yet to sign another centre-back in the current transfer window, so have arguably not replaced Jan Vertonghen as yet, with the Belgian international departing the Lilywhites on a free transfer back in July.
