Many Tottenham Hotspur supporters have taken to social media in order to slam Ben Davies following the club’s UEFA Europa League qualification tie with Shkendija.
Jose Mourinho’s side won 3-1 and subsequently secured their place in the play-off round of the competition (as per BBC Sport).
The 27-year-old Welshman started at left-back and received a rating of 6.98/10 (as per WhoScored) for his performance. However, that didn’t stop a number of Spurs fans from aiming negative comments at the defender.

Indeed, after witnessing Sergio Reguilon’s arrival for £25 million, it’s safe to say that Ben Davies will need to be at the top of his game if he is to keep the Spaniard at bay.
