On the latest video for his YouTube channel, Football.london reporter Alasdair Gold has been discussing the latest goings-on at Tottenham Hotspur, reflecting on the 1-0 loss against Everton last weekend, and shedding some light on the latest transfer rumours surrounding the club.
One topic of discussion on his recent video was Spurs’ transfer plans for the remainder of the window. The journalist suggests that the north London club feel that they don’t need to add another attacking-midfielder to their ranks, with the likes of Dele Alli and Giovani Lo Celso both capable of featuring there.

Spurs weren’t particularly creative against the Toffees in their opening Premier League fixture, registering just five shots on target in the game, so you can perhaps see why some Lilywhites fans might feel that they need to add more creativity to their ranks before the window shuts. Alli, in particular, disappointed against Everton, earning a 6.34/10 rating for his first-half display (as per WhoScored), before being subbed by Jose Mourinho at the break.
