Fans of Tottenham Hotspur have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report stating that Jose Mourinho wants to sell Juan Foyth.
According to a report by The Times (via Sportslens), Mourinho is now ‘willing to sell’ the 22-year-old, who arrived at Spurs in an £11.7 million deal from Argentine side Estudiantes in 2017, with Villarreal said to be interested in making a move for the defender.
After this report was relayed on Twitter by Hotspur Related, fans of Spurs flocked to have their say on the matter, with many left furious by the news.
No way, Foyth is a real prospect, he plays with the intensity, passion and aggression, he just needs to develop his game a bit that's it and Spurs will have one of the best CB in the world.

Shame. Still very young for a CB. If he bulks up could be a good player for someone. If he had CCVs frame he’d be a decent prospect

NOOOOOO

Over his three seasons with the club so far, Foyth has featured just 32 times for Tottenham, scoring one goal.
Last term, the £12.15 million-rated Argentina international made just one start in the Premier League, coming off the bench a further three times. Over these four appearances, the centre-back averaged a highly disappointing WhoScored match rating of 6.05 – ranking him as the club’s third-worst performer in the league.
And, in stark contrast to the previous fans, this selection of the Tottenham faithful appeared more than pleased to read the news that Mourinho has intentions to sell Foyth.

All in all, it would seem that the Spurs fanbase is relatively split on whether or not they would like to see their club sell Foyth in the current transfer window.
Would you be happy for Spurs to sell Foyth?
Yes
No
However, at present, there has been no firm move by Villarreal reported as yet, so, for now, the defender remains a Spurs player.
Although with a decent amount of time in the transfer window still left, there is plenty of time for this to change.
