First up in this Jordan Henderson quiz, how old is the Liverpool captain?

One of the topics that came up while he was talking about Liverpool was the future of Rhian Brewster, and Pearce relayed some news on the 20-year-old.

It seems as if Liverpool have received many offers for Brewster and are trying to resolve the situation, with Sheffield United and Crystal Palace reportedly leading the race.

Discussing potential outgoings, Pearce said: “There’s also the Rhian Brewster question to resolve.

“They’re considering, at the moment, permanent and loan offers with Crystal Palace and Sheffield United leading the chase for him.”

TIF Thoughts…

Following Pearce’s comments in recent days, it now looks like Crystal Palace could develop their interest in Brewster, after reports on Monday from Sky Sports suggested that they are ‘prepared’ to offer £19m plus £6m in add-ons for a player who has never made a Premier League appearance.

The 20-year-old spent the second half of last season out on loan at Swansea City, where he managed to score 11 goals in all competitions, but Brewster’s short-term future had not been immediately determined upon his return to Liverpool.

However, with Palace now thought to be mulling over a £25m bid for Brewster (despite the Eagles continuing to refute the claims), it looks like Liverpool could be given the opportunity to earn a fair amount of money from a player who has played just four senior games for the club, with the Reds seemingly open to letting the youngster go, at least in some form, to the right bidder.

Therefore, this could be one to keep an eye on over the next week or so.
