Fans of Leeds United have been reacting to a post on Twitter, in which Adam Pope relayed the latest on the condition of the squad, and, in particular, Liam Cooper, according to Marcelo Bielsa.
In his tweet, Pope stated that Bielsa said Cooper ‘should be fit’ to face Fulham on Saturday, while there have been no new injuries to any Leeds players.
In addition to this, Bielsa said that the injured Adam Forshaw is ‘back in collective training’, with his rehab set to continue next week.
In reaction to this update, fans of the club flocked to have their say on the matter, with many stating their belief that the news was excellent in general, while others focused on the individual update on Cooper.

While the news that Cooper should be fit for Fulham is undoubtedly good for Leeds, it could be argued that Bielsa may have a bit of a selection headache, as the player who stood in for the defender at Anfield, Pascal Struijk, performed impressively, as, despite being part of a defence that conceded four goals, the 21-year-old came out of the match with a WhoScored rating of 7.00.
Would you start Struijk against Fulham following his performance against Liverpool?
Yes
No
However, considering the fact that Cooper featured in 38 Championship games for Bielsa’s side last season, over which he averaged a WhoScored match rating of 7.11, as well as chipping in with two goals, should the defender be fully fit, it would appear likely he will slot back into the team for the Fulham match.

All in all, it would seem that these Leeds fans are delighted at the news that Cooper should be back for the fixture against Fulham, in which the club will be looking to pick up their first Premier League points of the season.
