Celtic fans on Twitter have been criticising Hoops goalkeeper Scott Bain for his performance during their win over Hamilton Academical at the weekend.

After the match had ended, lots of Celtic fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on Bain’s performance in the match.

The 28-year-old signed to Celtic on a free transfer from Dundee FC in the 2018 summer transfer window after completing a short-term loan deal at the Hoops from January 2018 (per Transfermarkt).
Scott Bain shouldn’t allowed to be GK if he’s not going to use his hands lol

After the game had ended, this opened the door for lots of Celtic fans to log onto Twitter and share their thoughts and opinions on Bain’s performance in the win, particularly his futile efforts to stop the visitors’ only goal.
Sorry but Scott Bain has to get that, abysmal goalkeeping

It’s a shame that so many Celtic fans have been criticising Bain on Twitter for his performance against Hamilton. However, his match rating suggests that he didn’t have a great game despite seeing his side take all three points.
The hope for Bain and these Celtic fans now will be that the shot-stopper can improve his game as they continue the new season.
