Many Celtic fans have been discussing the latest news linking Boli Bolingoli with a move away from Parkhead.
Sky Sports have recently reported that French club Amiens have made a loan bid to sign the left-back, who recently broke quarantine rules after having taken a secret trip to Spain. The report says that the Ligue 2 club’s offer includes an option to buy the defender permanently for a fee of £2.3 million.
This update was relayed on Twitter by CelticBible recently and it grabbed the attention of many Celtic fans, who began talking about Bolingoli’s situation at the Glasgow-based club.
Bite their hands off. Even without the current situation he was a bad buy and should be gone ???????

Does Bolingoli deserve to play for Celtic anymore?
No, he has to leave
Yes, he deserves to play for us
I cant believe it, they could have had him for nothing as I was betting the club would have terminated his contract ….

Neil Lennon has already commented on Bolingoli’s act of breaching quarantine rules, as he described it as ‘selfish’ and called it a ‘total betrayal of trust’. He also said that it is ‘very difficult’ for the defender to be ‘accepted back’ into the Celtic dressing room at this point (as per BBC Sport).
Some other Celtic fans also began talking about Amiens’ bid for Bolingoli. They clearly want the Belgian out.
I’d literally take $2.50 and a mars bar for him, you’re too kind Amiens https://t.co/2RArXC26n8

Bolingoli had featured for the Hoops in their recent game against Kilmarnock, but he hadn’t played even once in the Premiership for the Bhoys in the second half of the 2019/20 season. The Hoops didn’t lose a single game in the league during that time and it may point at the fact that he isn’t quite an important player right now.
So letting Bolingoli go won’t be a bad idea, especially considering that Neil Lennon’s men are already looking at potential replacements.
