A lot of Leeds United fans have replied to a tweet from Phil Hay that contains a link to an article in The Athletic about Ben White as he looks set to sign a new long-term deal with Brighton & Hove Albion.
The report from Andy Naylor claims that talks are progressing and the Seagulls are hopeful of a positive conclusion that will see the 22-year-old follow Lewis Dunk in committing his future to Brighton.
It is claimed that Graham Potter will play with three centre-backs more often in the 2020/21 season to include White in the team.
This has drawn a reaction from these Leeds fans who are not happy.
Are you annoyed by this?
No, we tried to get him, but now we move on

Leeds have had three bids rejected for White after he spent last season on loan at Elland Road and started in every league game for Marcelo Bielsa’s side and earned an average rating of 7.09.
However, it looks like the Whites have now moved on and are interested in a deal for Robin Koch and are also said to be preparing a bid for Lazio defender Luiz Felipe.
It seems that these Leeds fans think that White is making the wrong decision, but they have moved on.
Good luck to him – his loss #Bielsa

The fact that Leeds are reportedly looking to bring in Koch and Felipe suggests that they have moved on from White, and maybe that explains why some of these Leeds fans are not bothered about White’s new deal at Brighton.
He was linked with a move to clubs such as Liverpool, Manchester United, and Manchester City, as well as a return to Elland Road, but it looks like he will be staying at the Amex, and though some Leeds fans are annoyed, others don’t seem too bothered.
