How well do you remember Heung-Min Son's time with Spurs? - The Lilywhites signed Son from which Bundesliga side?

The report claims that Dier has ‘stunned Tottenham Hotspur’s hierarchy with wage demands at least double his current salary’.

It also adds that ‘less than 12 months to run on his deal and wants to stay at the club given the relationship he has forged with boss Jose Mourinho’.

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Spurs fans, who were quick to share their thoughts on this latest update surrounding the Englishman.

Here’s a sample of Spurs fans responding to the post:

The 26-year-old first signed to Tottenham back in 2014 from Sporting Lisbon for a fee of £4.5 million.

Since then, Dier has gone on to make 239 appearances for the Lilywhites, in which he has managed to score 11 goals and provide 11 assists along the way (per Transfermarkt).

Earlier this week, Dier was handed a four-match ban and a £40,000 fine for climbing into the stands at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to confront a fan back in March.

Now that this latest news on Dier and his future at the club has been doing the rounds on Twitter, it has sparked a big reaction among Spurs fans, who have been sharing their thoughts on the situation.
