Fans of Tottenham Hotspur have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that the club are interested in Bournemouth duo Callum Wilson and David Brooks.
According to reports by the Evening Standard, the club ‘estimate the pandemic has caused a £200 million hit to revenues’, meaning that the majority of transfer business will likely have to be ‘free transfers, loans and part-exchanges’ this summer.
And, with Bournemouth being relegated this season, Spurs are said to ‘admire‘ the Cherries pair of Wilson and Brooks, who could be available at a cut-price cost because of the club’s dropping of division.
After this news was relayed on Twitter by Daily Hotspur, fans of the club flocked to have their say on the matter, with many calling for Tottenham to do all they can to sign the two players, with one in particular happy to give up some of Spurs’ current crop.
Brooks would be amazing. If we sell Lamela he is a perfect replacement

Wilson, an England international, scored eight goals and provided one assist over the course of his 35 Premier League appearances this season, averaging a WhoScored match rating of 6.51/10.
Meanwhile, Brooks started just eight times in the league this season due to injury, managing just one goal, though his returns of seven goals and five assists in 30 Premier League appearances last term is certainly promising form.
Who would you rather see Spurs sign this summer, Brooks or Wilson?
Brooks
Wilson
However, despite these respectable campaigns from the two players, some Spurs fans have not been so keen on a summer move for the Bournemouth duo.
Brooks no id rather get harry W from Liverpool

Can they “admire” Nathan Ake too?

As such, it would appear that the majority of these Spurs fans would indeed like to see their club make a move for the Bournemouth players, while others are not so convinced.
