This comes after the official Celtic Twitter account shared a post on their page commemorating the six-year anniversary of Deila’s appointment as Hoops boss.

Starting with an easy one: which Italian club did Nakamura join Celtic from?

The post also contained an image of Deila holding up a Celtic shirt with his name on the back of it outside of Celtic Park back in 2014 and gathered a lot of replies from Celtic fans, who were not shy in airing their thoughts on Deila and his time at the club.

Here’s a sample of Celtic fans responding to the post:

In just under two years as Celtic manager, Deila took charge of 118 games at the club, averaging a total of 2.12 points per game (per Transfermarkt).

Deila’s first season in charge of Celtic in the 2014/15 season saw the Hoops win the Scottish Premiership with 92 points, 17 points ahead of second-place Aberdeen with 75 points (per Transfermarkt).

Do you remember Deila's time at Celtic fondly?

The 2015/16 season saw Deila’s Celtic win the league once again, this time with 86 points – 15 points ahead of second-placed Aberdeen (per Transfermarkt).

At the end of that season, Deila left the club and was soon replaced by former Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers.

Now that the official Celtic Twitter account has shared this post on their page commemorating the six-year anniversary of Deila’s appointment, this paved the way for lots of Celtic fans to share their predominantly negative views on the Norwegian.

However, there were Celtic fans with an alternative view of Deila and his time at the club.

It’s a shame that the majority of these Celtic fans don’t remember Deila or his spell as manager fondly, despite him winning two Premiership titles at the club.
