Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to some footage of Dele Alli and Paulo Dybala playing FIFA against each other.

During the video, the Juventus star says, ‘Come on COYS’, perhaps misunderstanding that ‘COYS’ stands for ‘Come On You Spurs’, but it has delighted a lot of Lilywhites supporters nonetheless. The Argentinian was playing Alli in a charity match for ‘Gamers without Borders’ to raise money for the fight against the current viral outbreak.

How well do you remember Heung-Min Son's time with Spurs? - The Lilywhites signed Son from which Bundesliga side?

The Spurs Web shared the footage from the game, after it was originally shared by Twitter user Cemthfc, and it has certainly attracted the attention of a lot of Spurs fans on Twitter. The North London club came extremely close to signing the former Palermo forward in the summer transfer window last year, but the transfer fell apart after Spurs refused to pay the extra fee for Dybala’s image rights (per Independent).

The 26-year-old remained a Juventus player, and has gone on to have a fantastic season with Maurizio Sarri’s side, contributing seven goals and four assists in 24 appearances in Serie A – averaging a superb 7.37 rating (per WhoScored). It seems possible, therefore, that Spurs will not return for the Argentinian international this summer, with the Italian giants potentially valuing him a lot higher after his impressive season.

Can you see Spurs trying to sign Dybala again in the upcoming window?

Reaction from Spurs fans to the footage of Dybala and Alli can be seen in the tweets below.

Plenty of Spurs fans took the opportunity to take a swipe at Daniel Levy, clearly feeling that if it wasn’t for the chairman, Dybala would have joined the Lilywhites last summer.

Other Spurs fans felt this was a sign that the Argentinian could still join the North London club.

As much as a lot of Spurs fans might want their club to try and sign Dybala again this summer transfer window, it looks unlikely when you consider the season he has had so far with Juventus. Considering the 26-year-old is currently valued at £64.8 million by Transfermarkt, it also seems unlikely that Spurs will make a move, due to the financial implications of the current viral outbreak.
