Liverpool fans on Twitter have been responding to recently posted images of Reds winger Sadio Mane.
This comes after the official Liverpool Twitter account shared a post on their page that included the images of Mane from a recent training match Jurgen Klopp’s squad were involved in at Anfield earlier this week.
The four images of Mane show the winger scoring past Reds goalkeeper Adrian and celebrating his goal during the match.
The page captioned this post claiming that Mane was “doing what he does best” followed by an emoji wearing sunglasses.
This post then quickly gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans who were eager to share their thoughts on Mane and his training match goal.
Here’s a sample of Liverpool fans responding to the latest post from the Merseyside club:

So far this season, before the Premier League had been temporarily suspended due to the impact of the current global pandemic, Mane was and currently is Liverpool’s top performer with a current season rating of 7.5/10 for his 26 Premier League appearances (per WhoScored).
Is Sadio Mane Liverpool's best player?
Yes
No
Those 26 appearances have seen the winger score 14 goals and provide seven assists in the Premier League for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
The BEST! ??

However, there were some Liverpool fans replying to this post who decided to focus on Adrian instead of praising Mane for his goal.
Scoring against Adrián isn’t something to brag about

Adrian getting mugged what a shock

Adrian in the mud.

Of course it had to be the liability Adrian.

It’s good to see Mane getting back in and amongst the goals even though it’s just in a training match, this shows that he is still in the same goalscoring form he was in before the season was temporarily suspended.
However, it does seem a bit harsh that the rest of these Liverpool fans are criticising Adrian for conceding the goal against his teammate.
