Adrian said that he has one more year left at Anfield then the option of another one after that, he also added that he “wouldn’t change anything” to be in Liverpool and “enjoy this beautiful moment” at the Merseyside club.

Adrian’s last appearance for Liverpool came back in March in the Reds’ 3-2 Champions League defeat to Atletico Madrid in which the shot-stopper was at fault for one of Atletico’s goals, thus resulting in the ‘keeper being awarded a match rating of 4.9/10 and Liverpool crashing out of the competition.

TIF Thoughts…

It’s nice to hear that Adrian is enjoying his time at the Merseyside club after spending six years at West Ham.

Given how Adrian has won the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup since arriving at Anfield (per Transfermarkt), and that the club are currently within touching distance of the Premier League title, it’s no wonder he’s having a good time there.

If Adrian remains at the club for another two years, he will no doubt be hoping to continue this success at the club.
