The report goes on to claim that Lille have failed to agree terms with the player regarding his first professional contract and, as such, it would appear that the young Frenchman will leave the club upon the expiry of his current contract on 1 July.

The report from France Football confirms that Hoffenheim have already made an offer for Ngoya, while Valencia and Atletico Madrid are also interested.

TIF Thoughts…

Despite the fact that Ngoya is yet to make a first-team appearance for Lille, praise has been exceptionally high for the youngster.

Footmercato described the player as ‘a very technical left-footed midfielder,’ before going on to claim that the midfielder has come up with some ‘remarkable’ performances in the UEFA Youth League, most noticeably during a 1-1 draw with Chelsea in December, as well as in a domestic U19 match against PSG.
