Absolutely!
On his day, Rom is unstoppable in the middle.— ???? (@AdiePearson) May 13, 2020
Yes. He has struggled in games this season, but that’s mostly penetrating teams that have sat in against us (like Stoke). In all likelihood we will be playing largely on counterattacks next season, so he might have more space and runners off the ball. He just needs some urgency

Defo just needs to get them shooting boots on when we go up ??

Do you think that Romaine Sawyers is good enough to start in the Premier League?YES, NO DOUBTNO, HE'S NOT THAT GOOD |
Will shine if we get there, technically so good on ball and will be huge player for us, composure on ball in prem is huge which we have lacked in previous years
— Justin Gower (@baggies25) May 13, 2020
Yes. Infact he will thrive. He is made for the Prem.
— Dominic Hill (@DomHill83) May 13, 2020
yes with his calm approach he will get more time on the ball in the prem and his calmness in midfield has been welcomed when he has missed a couple of games
— Warren Bishop (@WBAvlogs) May 13, 2020
Personally think the pace of the Prem will suit him more. Much more time on the ball etc

What do we think?
According to WhoScored, Sawyers has the highest pass success percentage of any West Brom player for the 2019/20 Championship season, in addition to having completed the highest number of passes per game and the third-highest number of long balls per game for the Baggies in the league this term.
It may be fair to say that Sawyers has showcased some impressive ability on the ball this term and it may not come as a huge surprise that these Baggies fans appear to have been impressed by the midfielder’s performances.
