Matheus Pereira recently caught the attention of some West Brom fans after he posted a tweet sharing his gratitude to those who sent him well wishes on his recent birthday.
In addition to sharing his gratitude to those who sent him well wishes, Pereira, who turned 24-years-old on the fifth of May, also shares a picture of himself celebrating the occasion with a birthday cake in his recent tweet.

What do we think?
After joining West Brom on loan from Sporting CP back on the eighth of August, it may be fair to say that Pereira has become a valuable member of the Baggies’ squad.
The Brazilian playmaker has earned an average overall rating of 7.34 from his 33 Championship appearances this term according to WhoScored.com, who rank him as West Brom’s highest-rated player in the Championship for the 2019/20 campaign.
With that in mind, it may be understandable why some Baggies fans have taken the opportunity to share their appreciation for Pereira in response to his recent post.
