Some Charlton Athletic fans have taken to Twitter to declare that they don’t want to see their club offer Tomer Hemed a contract extension.
Addicks-focused Twitter account @AddicksHQ recently posted a tweet asking the club’s supporters if they think Hemed “deserves another year on his Charlton contract”. Many Addicks supporters subsequently flocked to @AddicksHQ’s tweet to share that they would not like to see the 33-year-old forward receive a contract extension, with one Charlton fan declaring that Hemed has been “a big disappointment’ since joining the club.
Hemed originally moved to Charlton on a free transfer on August 19, signing a one-year contract as reported by the BBC. However, it may be fair to say that the Israel international has struggled to impress since arriving at The Valley, as he has failed to provide a single goal contribution for his team in 500 minutes of Championship football this season, as per WhoScored.com.

Unfortunately not. Wasn’t ever able to have a decent run of games to show what he can do.

What do we think?
Considering that the 33-year-old forward has failed to score a single goal or provide a single assist for Charlton this season, it may be understandable why some of these Addicks supporters seem to feel that they have seen enough of Hemed at The Valley.
